DIGITAL DISRUPTION

Late at Tate Britain is a series of events held at Tate Britain on Friday nights, for which Tate Collectives made an open call for submissions. The theme of the open call was the digital disruption of works from Room 1890. A curated selection of works would have been displayed during the event.
I chose the self portrait by Gwen John, and by multiplying and distorting her figure, I wanted to communicate how disturbing her eyes are to me. My submission has then been selected to be displayed during the event at Tate Britain.
